In the world of wrestling, people jump ships quite often. A big shot in one promotion could easily take his business to another promotion quicker than anyone could realize. In the past few months, WWE has managed to bag a number of backstage heroes from Impact wrestling and continues to do so.
According to PWInsider, WWE has now hired James Long who was previously the head co-ordinating producer and video editor for Impact Wrestling. The celebrated producer has been hired for the NXT brand and has already started his work for the company. Previously, WWE managed to bag Jeremy Borash, one of the major driving forces in Impact who contributed to a lot of creative successes that Impact achieved.
