Sean Ross Sapp reported on a Fightful Podcast that FOX and USA ‘won’t be keen’ on renewing WWE SmackDown and Raw if the Saudi Arabia sale goes through. Sean Ross Sapp believes it would be hard for WWE to get a rights deal based on how the LIV golf negotiations went.
WWE Royal Rumble 2023 is few weeks away and specualtions have begun regarding the possible surprise returns. Xero News dropped some Tweets which indicates WWE Hall of Famer Booker T and Rob Van Dam possibly returning to the company during the Royal Rumble match.

Meanwhile, it has been noted that with Royal Rumble 2023 taking place in Texas, WWE Hall of Famer ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin has been rumored to return during the event in his hometown. Xero News reported that “Everything is bigger in texas Even Rattlesnakes” which indicates the potential return of the WWE legend.
This year’s January event poster has stars like Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes, causing fans to specualte their return inside the ring soon. Along with them are Roman Reigns, Kevin Owens, Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, and more. Despite not being present in the visual, the “electrifying” layout also caused theories that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson might also be part of the Rumble match.
According to WrestleTix, WWE Royal Rumble 2023 tickets are already on their way to being sold out. As of December 2022, 33,766 tickets were already sold with a capacity being 36,132. No doubt the remaining 2,366 tickets have gone down and it’s only a matter of time before the tickets are all sold out.
