Here are the results from tonight’s (Tues. February 28, 2017) episode of WWE SmackDown Live (courtesy of PWInsider):
We start off with Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan watching the finish of the battle royal from last night.
AJ asks if the match against the Hillbilly Hick is still going to happen. AJ insults Luke and he does not realize Luke is standing right behind him . . . until Daniel and Shane play things up.
AJ walks away.
Luke tells Shane and Daniel ‘Thank You’.
We are in St. Paul, Minnesota and your announcers are Mauro Ranallo, John Layfield, and David Otunga. Your host is Tom Phillips.
It is time for MizTV and Miz is joined by his wife Maryse.
Miz brings out his guest, John Cena.
Miz tells someone to cut Cena’s mic. He says Cena does not talk until Miz tells him to talk. Miz says this is a special edition of MizTV. Miz says he has ten years of frustration to get off his chest. Miz says that Cena would say that Miz’ arrogance cost him jobs. Miz says that Cena’s word is gospel to the guys in control. Miz says that Cena manipulates everyone who gets in his way.
Have you been in a job where you wonder how this guy gets where he is. That person talks to the right people and making the right connections. Then Miz says that he works ten times as hard and he just becomes ‘the other guy’. Miz says he is not ‘the Other Guy’, he is the Miz. Miz says it is funny because Cena won’t let him be anything other than ‘the other guy’. Miz says Wrestlemania is right around the corner and he main evented against John Cena and he beat Cena. Miz says his legacy was cemented as iconic, but Cena was able to manipulate things two weeks later. You turned that moment into nothing. It is because you are jealous. Miz says Cena is jealous of him.
Miz says he is not the only person who sees through it. He says that Cena is a hypocrite. If you don’t believe him, John Cena went toe to toe with the Rock and he read Rock the riot act about going to Hollywood and walking away from WWE. You walked and talked WWE, until you got that phone call from Hollywood. Now, we can’t see you John. Miz agrees with the crowd that chants ‘You Sold Out’. You can play the character of John Cena and you are playing a parody of yourself. You are no longer Super Cena, you are Barely Decent Cena.
Miz says that half of the crowd thinks you suck and half will buy any of your merchandise, even if you go to Hollywood. Miz says that Cena wants to have his cake and eat it too. You want to be both places, but Miz says he is the one doing the media to make Smackdown the must see show. Miz says that when you were gifted a WWE Title match and manipulated your way into the history book. There is only one greatest of all time, and Miz woooos. He says it was a bad wooo, but you took the moment away from Ric Flair and everyone else.
Miz says that Cena took his chance from him at the Elimination Chamber and then in the battle royal. Miz says he eliminated Cena so Cena could feel what he has felt for a decade from Cena. He would do it a milliion times if he had the chance.
Miz lets Cena talk.
Cena says that you go toe to toe with John Cena, but you say the same thing everyone has been saying for a decade. He says that people say he cannot wrestle, he cannot act, and he mainipulates everything. People think that John takes away everyone’s opportunity. Cena says this is where he turns that theory into crap.
Cena says if he had that power, would he be in the ring toe to toe and face to face with Miz so close to Wrestlemania? Hell no. Cena says he would be in the ring with The Undertaker. Cena says it is easier to blame him. Cena says at least half the crowd will chant at the top of their lungs, Cena Sucks. Cena says he never asked anyone to buy into what he believes in. You cannot fake heart. It is something that you feel and see. It is something that you know is true. With him or against him, everyone knows who John Cena is. Who the hell are you? You are a dude named Mike who shortened his name and bootlegged the Rock’s charisma to get a job in the WWE. Then you came to the WWE and you stole Chris Jericho’s personality. Then you stole Ric Flair’s Figure Four Leg Lock. Then you stole Daniel Bryan’s moves and gestures. Now you have stolen what AJ Styles said for the last six months. You are dressed up as a dude playing a dude playing a dude.
You ask any of the greats and they will say that they are themselves with the volume as high as it can go. That is why they believe. John says that Miz is nothing more than a trendhopping, joke stealing, shell of a WWE Superstar.
John says if Miz thinks he is angry about what happened. Cena says that while Miz blames everyone else, John stands up and continues fighting. Cena tells Miz the next time they talk, don’t bring a knife to a gunfight. You are not the Undertaker, but if you press him again, you are a dead man.
Maryse tells John that he don’t leave this ring until they say you can leave this ring. She says that Cena is half the man that her husband is. She says Cena’s problem is his ego. She says that Cena is a control egomaniac freak. She says they say the bigger the ego, the smaller the package. Maryse tells Cena to respect this and she slaps Cena in the face.
Cena says that Maryse made the biggest mistake of her life and Nikki Bella’s music plays and she runs to the ring, but Maryse and Miz are able to get out of the ring in time before Nikki can do anything.
Nikki says that if you mess with her man, she will break you . . . bitch.

Match Number One: Becky Lynch versus Mickie James in a Two Out of Three Falls Match
Fall Number One
They lock up and Becky with a waist lock and Mickie with a standing switch. Becky with a side head lock but Mickie with a rollup for a near fall. Becky with a wrist lock. Mickie with a cartwheel and she starts to work on the shoulders. Becky with a reversal. Mickie tries to float over but Becky sends Mickie to the apron. Mickie avoids a double jump side kick and then she goes to the floor. Becky with a baseball slide to Mickie and we go to commercial.
We are back and Mickie with a reverse chin lock. Mickie rubs Becky’s face on the mat. Mickie kicks Becky in the back. Mickie kicks the ropes while Becky is in the ropes and Mickie gets a near fall. Mickie with a reverse chin lock. Becky with elbows but Mickie with a knee and snap mare. Mickie misses a drop kick when Becky moves. Becky with clotheslines followed by a running leg lariat. Becky with a running forearm into the corner. Mickie blocks the exploder attempt and she sends Becky into the turnbuckle. Mickie with a kick and she sets for the DDT and she hits it and gets the three count.
Fall Number One to Mickie James (Mickie 1 Fall Becky 0 Falls)

Fall Number Two
We are back and Mickie with a hard Irish whip. Mickie with a number of near falls. Becky with a spinning back kick but Mickie with a flapjack. Mickie comes off the turnbuckles but Becky moves and Mickie with a rollup for the three count.
Fall Number Two to Becky Lynch (Mickie 1 Fall Becky 1 Fall)
Fall Number Three
Mickie tries to take advantage early in fall number three but Becky with an exploder. Becky avoids the Mick Kick and Becky covers Mickie but Alexa distracts the referee. Mickie bumps into Alexa and then she gets a near fall with a rollup. Becky kicks out and applies DisArmHer and Mickie taps out.
Winner: Becky Lynch (Two Falls to One)
Luke Harper says he has always been fighting a constant battle with the demon inside. He has made peace with them now. Now they help him because he has new eyes and he can see what true evil is. Bray Wyatt, I am not afraid of you. When I win tonight and earn my chance to face you at Wrestlemania, you are going to be very afraid of me.
Bray Wyatt says may the best man win. Bray says the whole world will want to hear what he has to say tonight. Bray says he will be joined by his brother Randy Orton. Glory be to me, the holder of the Holy Grail. The god you know is Bray Wyatt.

We are back and Alexa Bliss is in the back. She is asked about her plans backfiring and she is asked for comment. Alexa asks if the first question after winning the title last week is about Becky Lynch. Why not ask about being the first two time Smackdown Women’s Champion. Alexa says this is so unexpected, she says it is such an honor to represent Smackdown as the women’s champion. She says it is a team effort. She thanks herself for being such a great athlete. She thanks Naomi for having such bad knees and horrible coordination.
Natalya interrupts and she congratulates Alexa on both of them having big wins last week.
Alexa says her win was pretty historic.
Natalya says that they are both championship caliber superstars. Natalya says this is all about Alexa, until she takes the title from her.
Renee Young is with AJ Styles and she asks him about the match with Luke Harper.
AJ says this is bogus and he knows that Harper’s foot hit the ground first. He says he will win tonight and he will go to the rightful place that he belongs, the main event of Wrestlemania.
Match Number Two: AJ Styles versus Bray Wyatt in a Who Gets to Face The WWE Champion at Wrestlemania Match
Harper sends Styles into the ring post. Harper sends Styles into the announce table and they return to the ring. Styles rolls to the floor on the other side and Styles with a leg sweep to Harper on the apron followed by a Pele Kick. Styles kicks Harper in the back. Harper shakes off the kicks and Styles punches Harper. Styles stomps on the foot but Harper punches back. Styles grabs the foot but Harper kicks him away. Harper with a punch and running double thrusts to the throat. Harper goes to the apron and he connects with a forearm. Harper with a slingshot senton followed by a boot to the head but Harper can only get a near fall.
Harper goes for the catapult into the middle rope and he hits it. Harper with a suicide dive and he almost sends Styles into Tom Phillips. Harper sends Styles back into the ring and Harper sets for the power bomb but Styles counters with a rana. Styles with strikes but Harper with a Dragon suplex and he gets a near fall.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Harper with a sit out power bomb for a near fall. Harper gets Styles on his shoulders but Styles gets to the apron. Styles with a forearm and round kick. Styles sets for the Phenomenal Forearm and hits it. The referee makes the three count even though Harper’s foot was on the rope.
Winner: AJ Styles
After the match, Shane McMahon comes to the ring and he says this match will determine who faces Bray Wyatt at Wrestlemania and Luke Harper’s foot was on the rope so the match will be restarted.
Continuation of AJ Styles versus Luke Harper
Harper with a jackknife cover for a near fall. Styles is sent to the floor and he argues with Shane McMahon. Harper goes for a super kick on Styles, but he hits Shane instead when AJ moves. AJ sends Harper into the ring post. Styles with a springboard 450 splash for the three count.
Winner: AJ Styles
After the match, Styles has some words for Shane as he goes to the back.
Renee Young is with John Cena and Nikki Bella, but James Ellsworth and Carmella interrupt.
Carmella asks James if he will let Nikki get away with that. James tells Nikki not to talk about her friend who is a girl. He says that Nikki is so fake.
John Cena interrupts.
Nikki says she has an idea. John suggests that they have a match next week. James and Carmella versus the two phonies.
Dean Ambrose walks in the back as we go to commercial.
We are back and AJ Styles is walking in the back.
Daniel Bryan stops him and he congratulates AJ for being in the main event of Wrestlemania like he said he would be.
AJ refuses the handshake from Daniel and he says maybe he will accept Bray’s invitation tonight.
Match Number Three: Dean Ambrose versus Curt Hawkins
Dean with a double underhook DDT to Hawkins as he enters the ring and before the match can officially start.
Dean says over the years he has learned a number of valuable life lessons. One of the most important life lessons is when you are pushed, you have to push back. Over the last few weeks, he has been pushed, prodded, and left for dead, but if Baron Corbin thinks he is going to lay there, Baron will learn a tough life lesson. That is messing with Dean Ambrose is a bad idea. If you don’t believe that, why not find out right now?
Baron Corbin appears on the TitanTron and he says if Dean wants a fight, that is too bad. He does not come out when Dean calls him.
Dean says he did not validate his parking so he only has fifteen minutes left.
Baron says that Dean cost him the WWE Championship at Elimination Chamber. You were a speed bump on his way to the title. Now you are a deer standing in the highway. They have some similarities. You love pain and he loves handing it out. You say there is no line you will not cross and he will see if Dean can cross it.
Dean says he will give Baron another lesson. Do not start that which you cannot finish.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Neville asks how can you take his opponent at Fastlane seriously. Tonight, he will show Jack why he is the King of the Cruiserweights.
The chairs are around the ring for the next match.
Match Number Three: Apollo Crews versus Dolph Ziggler in a Chairs Match
Crews attacks Ziggler from behind and he sends Ziggler into the ringside barrier and apron.
The match starts and Crews with a clothesline and suplex. Ziggler goes to the floor and Crews throws chairs into the ring. Ziggler kicks Crews in the knee. Ziggler with a neck breaker. Ziggler gets a near fall. Ziggler with a punch but Crews with a drop kick. Crews with a moonsault off the apron.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Crews is down on the mat. Crews with a jaw breaker and then Ziggler runs into an elbow. Ziggler goes for a chair but Crews with a thrust kick and a running kick. Crews with a flying clothesline. Crews tosses a chair to Ziggler and hits an enzuigiri. Crews with an standing moonsault onto a chair on Ziggler and Crews gets a near fall. Ziggler with an elbow and Crews is sent into the ring post. Ziggler with a rollup for a near fall using the ropes. Crews with an Olympic Slam onto the chair for a near fall.
Crews goes fo the toss power bomb but Ziggler wtih a rake of the eyes and then Ziggler with a drop toe hold onto the edge of the chair. Crews has trouble breathing and Ziggler picks up Crews and he drops Crews onto the top of the chair with an atomic drop for the three count.
Winner: Dolph Ziggler

We are back and Bray Wyatt makes his way to the ring.
Bray says AJ Styles it is. To be honest it did not matter either way. Both of them are just mortals. Something happens to a man when he steps into the ring and realizes that he is in the presence of a deity. That is exactly what is going to happen to you AJ. You will end up like all of the rest. When that bell rings, you are going to feel the spirit of Beelzebub. Bray says he comes from hollow ground. He comes from a place that starts in the earth and it continues until you get to the core.
Bray says that he comes from a place that Randy Orton is in now.
Randy Orton appears on the TitanTron. He says he is here . . . and he is in Bray’s shed. You gave me the keys to the kingdom and he is dead center in the kingdom. He is in a place where you can smell the stench of evil in the air. This is your world Bray, but it is not mine.
Randy says it never was. There was a time when he said, if you can’t beat them, join them. He has another saying, when you join them, and at the right time, screw them. This is your temple, is it not? Your place of worship. This is sacred ground because when you look under this floor, you have the sister of Satan. Abigail was laid to rest right under his feet.
Randy has a pick axe and he says what is left of her. How long has it been? How long has it been that the maggots and worms have been eating her flesh and bones. All that is left is her spirit. He sees Bray as helpless. You are stripped of your powers and ready to explode. Your black heart is beating through your chest because he might find out what makes you tick. He will burn the spirit of Sister Abigail. As long as you are the master and he is the servant, he would pledge his loyalty to Bray. In a few moments, I will be the Master and you will be the servant.
Randy throws down the axe and he grabs a can of gasoline and pours it all over the shed.
Randy says he is coming for Bray and he is coming for his title at Wrestlemania.
Randy says you are about to hear Sister Abigail scream. The last time you heard her scream was when she took her last breath.
Randy goes outside and he pours a lot more gasoline.
Randy lights a match and he says he is going to burn the soul of Sister Abigail to eternal damnation. Randy lights the shed on fire.
