WWE Smackdown sees increase in viewership

This week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown on FOX featured some great matches and it was one of the last episodes before the Royal Rumble. The show performed decently in ratings.

 


 

According to a report by Showbuzz Daily, the first hour of WWE Friday Night SmackDown received 2.616 million viewers. The second hour secured 2.544 million viewers. The average ratings for the show were 2.58 million viewers. This is slightly better than last week’s ratings. The show also got a .8 in the coveted 18-49 demographic.

Last week’s episode got 2.503 million viewers on average for the entire two-hour show. We will have to see what they have in store for the go-home edition of Smackdown before the Royal Rumble.
