WWE SmackDown September 1st Spoilers Leak

WWE is set to hold the go-home episode of SmackDown ahead of Payback on Saturday. The fans are seemingly excited for the show. This will include a few big moments as WWE sets the stage for their next premium live event, and it will also see John Cena’s return to television.

WWE might see an injured Superstar return to television this week on SmackDown. That could be a real boost for the tag team division. It is none other than Elton Prince of Pretty Deadly.

WWE called Pretty Deadly up to the main roster as part of the 2023 Draft, and many fans were excited about the possibilities. Pretty Deadly had quite a feud with Brawling Brutes in July, but things didn’t turn out too well for them. Elton Prince has a separated shoulder, but that only disqualified him from in-ring competition.

PW Insider reports that Pretty Deadly are expected to be back on SmackDown this week. He stated that the team is “back,” so that seemingly means Elton Prince’s injury has cleared up.

“Pretty Deadly are scheduled to be back at tonight’s Smackdown taping.”

It has come to light that BWE noted on X that WWE has a “Big night ahead” for SmackDown this week. They have a lot of things to take care of before Payback on Saturday, and the company is also going to see John Cena’s return. WWE fans should be excited about John Cena’s WWE return.

Jimmy Uso will also return to television this week for SmackDown. He was actually at SmackDown last week, but his segment was moved, because the focus of the show needed to be on Bray Wyatt and Terry Funk.

They also announced during the show that Rey Mysterio & Santos Escobar vs Austin Theory & Grayson Waller will go down next week as well. This would give a quick preview of what are the sort of things to transpire between Mysterio and Theory at Payback pay-per-view.
