WWE Spoil Extreme Rules Main Event Winner

Liv Morgan is set to defend her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Ronda Rousey in an Extreme Rules match tonight in Philadelphia. It has been noted that WWE might just have spoiled the outcome of the match during SmackDown last night.

 


 

Liv Morgan is likely to retain the title

WWE aired a video package for a future edition of SmackDown tonight. The company announced that Liv Morgan, Drew McIntyre, and The Usos will be featured on the show. What’s interesting is that WWE referred both Liv Morgan and The Usos as champions heading into the December 2nd, 2022 edition of SmackDown in Brooklyn, New York. Of course, the card is always subject to change.

Also, WWE booked an Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship match between defending champions The Usos and The Street Profits for SmackDown in Brooklyn.

Fans are eagerly waiting for Extreme Rules 2022 Premium Live Event this Saturday. It has been noted that the card is stacked with some huge matches. It has now come to light that WWE might still add a couple more matches to the highly-anticipated event.

The company had reportedly discussed adding three matches in addition to the six that are scheduled. The likes of The Usos, The Miz, and Damage CTRL were all considered for Extreme Rules 2022, according to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Meltzer’s report further stated that WWE has considered adding Jimmy and Jey Uso to the show, where they would defend their Undisputed Tag Team Championship. Meanwhile, the Women’s Tag Team Championship was also seemingly could enter the fray. The outlet also claimed there was “a lot of push” for The Miz vs. fired WWE star Dexter Lumis to be added to Extreme Rules 2022.
