WWE Star Blacks Out Twitter After Vince Return

It’s not just executives that are on the chopping block, actual onscreen WWE superstars cannot believe the whirlwind of events taking place after the return of the original snake-in-the-grass, Vinny Mac. The man who built the WWE is back – but he might be back to sink it. After all, Vince is almost eighty years of age. He might think like an ancient Pharaoh. If he dies, his creation dies. Remember when he said that in ’02 during the invasion of the NWO…

In other news, as per Ringside News, Vince wants to sell WWE to Saudi Arabia so he can regain creative control. Phew, at least Hollywood is out of the bidding war to buy WWE.

Just a few months after retiring from WWE, Vince McMahon managed to find a way to become a member of the board of directors again. It started when he sent out a press release stating that he needed to return in order to facilitate a sale of the company, and he wouldn’t approve any media rights deals, as majority shareholder, if he wasn’t reappointed. Within a day after the press release was sent out, WWE confirmed Vince’s return via a release of their own, and after Stephanie McMahon’s resignation, Vince McMahon is Chairman of the Board once again.

Since then, rumors have been rampant regarding the imminent sale of the company. Many fans have started speculating as to who could be a potential buyer. While some fans suggested that Tony Khan or his father could end up purchasing the Stanford-based company, many fingers have been pointing toward Saudi Arabia.

“A prevailing fear is that Vince McMahon will try to work his way back into creative with a sale, and Saudis being the only entity that would possibly allow that to happen,” per Fightful Select.
