WWE Star Cheats On Girlfriend With Adult Entertainer

Matt Riddle has been accused by his adult entertainer girlfriend Jordan Maxx of cheating on her with another adult film star.

Maxx tweeted: “Does it make you feel better about yourself to kick people when they’re down? Try to imagine for one second, the man you’ve spent the last 6 months with, who said ‘I love you’ for the first time 2 months ago, is all of a sudden making out with someone else WHO IS IN YOUR INDUSTRY, and then, rather than keeping plans for Christmas and NYE, he’s going to rehab? Do you have any idea how confusing and hurtful that is?”

Former WWE Champion and tag team specialist Jeff Hardy had a great time in WWE but ultimately left the company due to a variety of reasons. He made his way to AEW back in March of this year and was having a great time there.

However, that all changed after he was arrested for his third DUI before an episode of AEW Dynamite. According to Florida criminal statutes, special laws are in place for multiple DUI offenders. A third DUI conviction within ten years is considered a felony in the state. Due to this, he could very well be seeing some jail time.

If an individual is convicted of a third DUI within ten years in Florida, a judge is required to impose several penalties. Many people wrongly ended up blaming his brother Matt Hardy for putting him in danger as well.

According to PW Insider, Jeff Hardy’s attorney filed a motion to postpone this Wednesday’s scheduled pre-trial hearing regarding his DUI arrest in Florida this morning. The motion notes six key points, which you may find below.

UNOPPOSED MOTION TO CONTINUE PRETRIAL CONFERENCE

Defendant, Jeffrey Nero Hardy, moves to continue the pretrial conference scheduled for December 21, 2022, and in support states:

1. Mr. Hardy is charged by Information with one count of Driving in Violation of Driver’s License Restriction; one count of Driving While License Canceled, Suspended or Revoked; and one count of Driving Under the Influence (third offense).

2. Efforts to resolve the matter by plea agreement have yet to be successful.

3. The State of Florida provided discovery on October 31, 2022 in the form of maintenance records related to the Intoxilyzer 8000 used in this case.

4. Defense counsel requires additional time to examine perceived anomalies reflected in the maintenance records and depose the law enforcement witness responsible for Intoxilyzer maintenance.

5. Undersigned counsel has conferred with Assistant State Attorney Amie Assent, Ms. Assent does not oppose the relief sought by this motion.

6. Undersigned counsel respectfully suggests a continuance of the pretrial conference for approximately forty-five (45) days is appropriate.
