This week’s edition of WWE Monday Night Raw was definitely one to remember. Setting aside the fact that it was the final WWE Monday Night Raw from the Thunderdome, it also featured a lot of surprises including ‘The New Day’s Xavier Woods defeating current WWE Champion ‘The All Mighty’ Bobby Lashley in a non-title match. This would lead Lashley to leave the WWE Thunderdome for the majority of the show until he would come back for the main event segment of the evening – MVP’s VIP Lounge where VIP was joined by several of ‘Lashley’s Ladies’. Lashley would come down to the ring, eventually – after a few tries by MVP, looking a bit worse for wear and pissed off. The WWE Champion would state that while he appreciates everything that MVP has done for his career, the B.S. has to stop.
Lashley then said he doesn’t want champagne or beautiful women and that the only enjoyment he wants is to destroy every soul that comes in the way of his WWE Championship. It would be here that Bobby Lashley would destroy the set of VIP lounge, throwing furniture and trashing bottles. It’s safe to say that ‘Lashley’s ladies’ will no longer be used on WWE programming going forward either.
