Alberto Del Rio appeared on this past Monday’s episode of RAW but was not at Tuesday’s SmackDown taping. WWE has pulled Del Rio from this weekend’s live events.
It was reported several weeks ago via the Wrestling Observer newsletter that Del Rio has been dealing with back issues. That could be why he’s been off the road. He’s only wrestled in 3 matches since late February.
Del Rio is expected to be at Monday’s RAW TV taping. The League Of Nations are scheduled to wrestle The New Day at WrestleMania 32.
UPDATE: Del Rio confirmed on Twitter that he would be on RAW this week. He posted this:
