SiriusXM Canada Host and Producer Bilal Vakani, Second City’s Daniel Shehori, and Never Sleep Network’s Alex Ross preview the 2022 WWE Royal Rumble.
The three of them all agree that Edge and Beth Phoenix will defeat the Miz and Maryse in their first match as a tag team.
Also, Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch will retain her Women’s title against Doudrop.
As well as Universal Champion Roman Reigns defending his title against Seth Rollins.
However, things are less clear when it comes to Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley for the WWE Champion match. In a match that could see Lashley regain the title.
As for the Men’s Royal Rumble Team, Alex is: Brock Lesnar, AJ Styles, Sheamus, Rey Mysterio, Happy Corbin, Dominik Mysterio, Drew McIntyre, Johnny Knoxville, Dolph Ziggler, and Edge,
Team Dan: Omos, Austin Theory, Kevin Owen, Bron Breakker, Gunter, Shane Mchamon, Otis, LA King, Chad Gable, and Cody Rhodes.
Team Bilal: Big E, Riddle, Randy Orton, Seth Rollins, Bobby Lashley, Damien Priest, Sami Zayn, Kofi Kingston, Xavier Wood, and Cesaro.
And in the Women’s Royal Rumble Team Alex: Bianca, Belair, Asuka, Sasha Banks, Shayna, Paige, Carmella, Tamina, Kelly Kelly, Dana Brooke, and Brie Bella
Team Dan: Ronda Rousey, Bayley, Naomi, Lita, Mickie James, Sonya Deville, Mandy Rose, Xia Li, Trish Stratus, and Big Swole.

Overall it looks to be a show that offers more than it can possibly deliver. The WWE Royal Rumble premium live event will take place this Saturday, January 29 from The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
