The New Day faced Breezango and The Usos on Monday night during a SmackDown Live Event in Texarkana, Arkansas.
People in attendance stated that the injury occurred when Woods went for a DDT and his knee buckled. Woods then went down and the referee threw up the “X” symbol. Jimmy or Jey Uso then quickly rolled up Kofi Kingston to finish the match.
Woods was said to be in a lot of pain following the match and was not able to exit ringside on his own. He was helped backstage by Kofi Kingston, Big E and WWE’s doctor Chris Amann.
