WWE Superstars frustrated over company’s handling of COVID-19 results

As reported earlier, WWE discovered quite a few employees who have tested positive for COVID-19, which includes WWE Superstars. With the numbers possibly being more than two dozen, WWE Superstars are frustrated with the company and for good reason.

On Twitter Dave Meltzer revealed that WWE has yet to issue an internal statement to employees regarding the positive COVID-19 test results.

As of this moment, WWE has made no internal statement to employees or talent, nor a public statement.

To this, the PW Torch Twitter account replied to Meltzer’s comment on Twitter. Here is what they said:

“They’re getting frustrated with the lack of communication on this life and death issue.”

However, it seems the company released a statement regarding future testings for the COVID-19 disease. It was a short and concise statement.
“WWE will continue COVID-19 testing of its talent, production crew and employees in advance of TV productions for the foreseeable future.”

We will keep you updated on this ongoing situation.
