WWE Top Name Quits After Thursday Firings

According to a report by PW Insider, WWE fired 15-year company veteran Stan Stanski. Stanksi was the Senior Vice President of Creative Services. Due to his firing, many in the company feel that nobody is safe anymore.

”Stanski’s departure has been quite the shock as word has travelled around the company this evening.  One person described Stanski’s departure as ‘the ultimate proof no one is safe’ and ‘yet another reminder this isn’t the same company it was a year ago.’”

According to yet another report by PWInsider, WWE’s Chief Financial Officer Kristina Salen has stepped down from her role. This comes just one day after she was part of the company’s quarterly earnings call.

“I started at WWE during the global pandemic and I am proud of what I accomplished with Vince’s leadership and the tremendous team. We returned to live event touring, exceeded expectations, raised guidance for the year, and have laid a strong foundation for the future. I look forward to WWE’s continued success.

Frank A. Riddick III has been named Chief Financial Officer & Chief Administrative Officer and will be taking over her role in the company. Riddick worked as a member of the WWE Board of Directors for more than 13 years and previously held the role of interim CFO last year as well.
