During Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez ran down WWE’s upcoming pay-per-view events. He also noted that WWE is planning to counterprogram AEW All Out, because they left it open in their schedule which made their plan very obvious.

Saturday September 3rd it says or Sunday September 4th pay-per-view at TBD location. So,they’re gonna figure out when and where AEW is running All Out and they’re booking a pay-per-view for that weekend.”

AEW and WWE are obviously in the competition despite Vince saying he doesn’t view the rival company as their competition. Fans would certainly be excited about a jam-packed weekend full of pro wrestling around All Out weekend.
