Becky Lynch Suddenly Removed From WWE Show

Becky Lynch is still one of the most popular female WWE Superstars in recent memory. The Man’s meteoric rise to Superstardom back in 2018 is well documented. It propelled her career to the absolute top, which culminated in her winning both the RAW and Smackdown Women’s Championships at WrestleMania 35, defeating both Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey in the main event of the Show of Shows. She is also engaged to WWE Superstar Seth Rollins and the two welcomed their baby girl Roux in December of 2020. Becky Lynch recently broke character after her match against WWE Hall Of Famer Lita as well.

Becky Lynch made her return at WWE SummerSlam as she went on to defeat Bianca Belair in a squash match and became the new Smackdown Women’s Champion. Since then, she has defended her title successfully against the likes of Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, Doudrop, and Lita.

WWE held a live event in Youngstown, Ohio, where the main event of a Fatal-4-Way for the RAW Women’s Championship was advertised. A 6-man tag involving Drew McIntyre, the New Day, Roman Reigns, and the Usos was also on the card.

The women’s match was going to feature Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair vs. Liv Morgan vs. Doudrop. However, as reported by fans in attendance, Becky Lynch was not in the match. This made the match a triple threat match, which Bianca Belair won.

No updates or reasons were given for Becky Lynch’s absence but it is likely information will be given regarding that soon enough.

In other news concerning Becky Lynch, in a conversation with Forbes, WWE Hall of Famer and five-time WCW Champion Booker T discussed ‘The Man’ as one of WWE’s top performers in recent years and said the following in regards to Becky Lynch’s in-ring performance and talent. Credit to Wrestling Headlines for the below.

“Just the hype as far as what Becky brings to the table, she doesn’t just bring wrestling ability to the ring or anything like that, she brings an aura, an attitude and I try to teach my young wrestlers that that’s what it takes to be at the top in professional wrestling. There’s always going to be really good wrestlers, but to be able to be well-rounded, and know how to do anything, and more importantly than anything, to be able to captivate the crowd, I think that’s most important. That’s key in professional wrestling, and she does that very well. Preference is something for the fan. For me, when I look at it, I always look at it from the entertainer’s perspective. Being able to go out there and make those fans love you, and then on a dime, being able to make them switch is something that’s very, very uncanny. So, for me, I like both sides. She did the babyface side very well, and she’s doing the heel side extraordinary.”
