Sasha Banks Slides Into Male Wrestler’s DM’s

Sasha Banks defended her Smackdown Women’s Championship against Bianca Belair on Night One of WrestleMania 37, in its main event. It was a historic match as the two competitors gave it their all including the kitchen sink to win the match. Ultimately, it was Bianca Belair who emerged victorious in the title match and became the new Smackdown Women’s Champion in the process. The two also had a genuine moment where they shed tears in the ring. Sasha Banks also leaked a photo after cancelling a match.

‘The Boss’ Sasha Banks was set to face off against Bianca Belair at WWE SummerSlam for the Smackdown Women’s Championship. However, she never showed up and instead, Becky Lynch came out and beat Bianca Belair for the title in under 26 seconds. Sahsa Banks finally returned at WWE Extreme Rules and since then has been involved in the main event scene.

She became one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag team champions alongside Naomi. However, both of them walked out of Monday Night RAW back in May due to creative differences. It was said that Sasha Banks might have been released as well.

Sasha Banks highlighted her experience training in Mexico while taking part in an Instagram Live charity stream for Family Giving Tree with Bayley. Banks revealed that she misses Mexico and thinks about it every day. Sasha saw living in another country as a tremendously honorable feat.

I miss Mexico so much. I think about it every single day. What a huge crazy honor to live in a different country, let alone Mexico. Just to go out there to train lucha libre with these top legends that I grew up watching, whether it was Ricky Marvin, The Juice Juventud, Skayde, I have been such a fan of his work. The way that he teaches, he taught a lot of CHIKARA Pro guys. Claudio (Castagnoli), Drew Gulak. I’m a huge fan of Claudio’s work. I wanted to get my basing down, my rolls down, so I found him at the gym and freaked out like a fan. ‘You’re here. You’re actually here. I’ve been DMing you for years, trying to find an email, trying to go to a seminar in the United States.’ There I was in Mexico, training with him. Craziest timing, so meant to be. Trained with five different people whether it was Ricky Marvin, The Juice [Juventud], Mamba, Skayda, Mr. Iguana. There was so much. I miss it daily. I’m homesick from Mexico because I belong there.

On the last day of training, Skayde kept hitting me over the head because I kept messing up all the spots. ‘Nooo.’ He called me ‘El Stupida.’ I was like, ‘I’m gonna cry. What the hell.’ I was doing two a days, training in the morning, training at night. Everything is on the other side. He is so ‘zippity doo da’ and I’m like, ‘I didn’t understand.’ [claps heads on head] ‘El stupida
