WWE star Sasha Banks, as well as WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon, were backstage during this week’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown that took place at Madison Square Garden.

Banks has been away from on-screen programming for quite some time and she was pulled out of SummerSlam, where she was scheduled to challenge Bianca Belair for WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship. But, PWInsider reported that ‘The Boss’ was present backstage during this week’s SmackDown. Kevin Owens Missed Smackdown For Bad Reason
While Stephanie McMahon also greeted fans before the show in MSG’s Delta Club. WWE Chairman Vince McMahon WWE President & Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan was also present and was seen on the floor of the arena all night, talking with fans.
Riddick Moss was also present. He has been out of action since September 2020 with an ACL tear. He was also backstage for a RAW event in August. The fans are hopeful that Banks would return to the programming soon. She is unlikely to hold back from taking a shot at SmackDown Women’s title, which is currently held by Becky Lynch after she won it in 26 seconds against Belair at ‘The Biggest Party of The Summer’.
