Batista interested in a full-time WWE return

During a recent interview on the Ross Report Podcast, former WWE Star Batista made some interesting comments about a possible WWE return.

The former World Champion said that he would love to come back to the company but not for a one-off deal and instead he would like to work a long-term programme including working house shows:

“I would love to go back, but the reason I have not gone back is because I don’t want to do a one off. I want to go and I want to wrestle. I want to do some house shows, I want to be a part of the program and I love it. The one off thing, the cheap pop thing, it doesn’t do anything for me.”

Later in the interview, the Hollywood Star revealed that he has actually talked to Vince McMahon about a possible return and have told the Boss what he wants to do:

“But I stay in touch, man, I’ve talked to Vince (McMahon) recently and he knows what I want. I’ve made it very clear that I wanted to go back and run a program with Hunter. I’ve been very public about it and I think that’s the thing that would get me back.”

This is an interesting and a bit surprising news that Batista is interested in making a full-time return. Now we should wait and see how the company reacts to his offer and if he really makes a comeback.
