Home » WWE News » Batista Says He Warned WWE About a Babyface Return, Comments on Fans Hijacking Shows

- Batista recently spoke with The Washington Post to promote WrestleMania XXX. Below are some highlights:

Returning as a babyface:
“They told me that I was going to come back and be this huge babyface. I said, ‘no, it’s not going to work.’ They said, ‘no way, they’re dying for you to come back.’ I said, ‘that’s going to last two minutes, just watch.’ And sure enough it did.”

Fans hijacking the show:
“They used to want to interact with the show, but now the crowd almost wants to be the show. Well, if you wanna be the show, take your a– to wrestling school, just like I did, just like everybody else here who is busting their a– and actually become part of the show! Don’t just sit in the audience and try to randomly steal the show.”

    Cry me a river, crybaby.

  • Reality check Blvd.

@solid…i don’t think he is being a prick he is telling it like it is. People need a reality check to stop acting like asses at the shows. How would you like batista showing up at your shitty job and harassing you? Reality is i paid good money for floor seats for my 2 boys and i to watch Raw when it came to Dayton oh. These so called “Fans” treated a pg show like it was a freakin’ football game. Everyone was loud and obnoxious and cussing up a storm. we ended up leaving after some jackass was screaming in my five year olds ear and my 10 yr old got a drink spilled on him from a clumsy fat redneck. The attitude era has been dead for almost 15 years…move on. Just Leave wrestling for the kids and find something productive to do with your life.
