Becky Lynch reacts to being replaced on WrestleMania match

Becky Lynch

After being suspended by Stephanie McMahon on last week’s episode of Raw, Becky Lynch was called back for a segment by her and Triple H during this week’s episode of the show.

The episode started with both Triple H and McMahon making their entrance, and they were soon interrupted by The Man. The Duo then offered her a chance to earn her WrestleMania match back by apologizing to them.

Lynch took her time, and during the ending segment of the show, she finally chose to apologize. However, things didn’t turn out in her favor even after this.

While Triple H had put her back into the match, Mr. McMahon interrupted the segment and then announced that Charlotte Flair will be replacing Lynch in that bout.

After this announcement, the show went off air, and Becky Lynch responded to the events that took place during the episode with the following tweet:

The latest Raw makes it seem like the company is going with the original plan of doing a Triple Threat match at the upcoming event and it would be interesting to see how Becky earns her way back into the bout.

Not necessarily outstayed her welcome, it’s just that WWE is booking her just like NWA/WCW booked her dad, always getting a title shot and constantly winning Raw/Smackdown titles.

I been saying it this is just one big retirement tour for Vince Mac. If you look at both Raw and Smackdown it looks like HHH vision is taking over.

Because it’s not her moment. Charlotte was sandwiched into Ronda vs Becky. Charlotte vs Ronda at SS should have been the end of it for her. Becky had the momentum going into and well past Evolution.

Magically lame. Charlotte is one of the best and could easily manage a spot in the Wrestlemania main event. BUT she doesn’t have the popularity, heat or momentum Becky has. To make it a triple threat takes away from the fact that the women are headlining. The first time the ladies go on last at wrestlemania is huge and it should be a 1 on 1 match imo.

Its because of who she is, just because shes got the last name flair doesn’t mean we want to see her every single ppv. Its just gotten to the point where shes outstayed her welcome.

Triple Threat was always going to happen, and this may pave the way for a power struggle with HHH/Steph and Vince. I don’t understand the hate for Charlotte, she’s clearly been the most consistent female wrestler of the last few years. Good on the mic and good in the ring.
