It has been noted that President Joe Biden’s daughter Ashley Biden has confirmed the authenticity of her personal diary via Trending Politics News. It has been noted that the confirmation comes as part of a judicial proceeding against Aimee Harris, who was convicted of the theft and sale of the sensitive journal.

It has come to light that the diary has been at the center of controversy due to its content, which critics of the Biden administration have pointed to as evidence of inappropriate behavior by the President.

Ashley’s recent letter addressed to Chief Judge Laura Taylor Swain of New York was made public through court documents. It has come to light that the letter is a significant component in the ongoing case against Harris, who is accused of capitalizing on the private reflections of Biden for profit.

In her letter, Ashley expressed her deep distress over the violation of her privacy and the public dissemination of her personal thoughts, which she described as “stream-of-consciousness musings meant for personal healing.”

Harris, who admitted to stealing a diary belonging to Joe Biden’s daughter and selling it to the conservative group Project Veritas, was sentenced to a month in prison last month.

The disclosure of the diary’s contents had previously stirred up a media storm as various outlets and public figures interpreting its entries in ways that painted the President in a highly negative light. The excerpts, which included ambiguous remarks about a shower with her father, were seized upon by commentators as proof of “perverted acts.”

In the letter, Ashley made a plea to Judge Swain and asked for a strict sentence for Harris, claiming ongoing trauma and anxiety caused by the theft and public circulation of her diary. “This ongoing harm is a direct result of Ms. Harris’s intentional actions,” she wrote in the letter obtained by The New York Times.

“I ask Your Honor to sentence Ms. Harris to time in prison followed by lengthy probation. She should be held accountable for what she has done. Not only did she demonstrate a complete lack of morality, but she lacks any respect for the rule of law as well. Among other things, she has failed to appear in court 12 times.”
