Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, former senior adviser to Melania Trump, suggested that Melania Trump is unlikely to attend her husband’s ongoing hush money trial to avoid negative publicity.

In an interview on CNN, Wolkoff speculated that Melania would refrain from accompanying Donald Trump to court, citing concerns about potential humiliation and negative coverage. Wolkoff described Melania’s actions as carefully orchestrated and indicated that she avoids situations that could invite criticism.

While Eric Trump and his wife, Lara Trump, have attended the trial, Melania and Donald Trump’s other children have not made appearances. Melania’s absence from the campaign trail and her aversion to campaigning suggest that she values her privacy and dislikes public scrutiny.

There have been suggestions that Melania may be displeased with revelations emerging from the trial regarding alleged affairs her husband had with Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal. Wolkoff characterized Melania and Donald’s marriage as transactional, suggesting that they both derive benefits from the relationship.

Regarding testimony from Michael Cohen about Melania’s involvement in crafting a defense strategy for the “Access Hollywood” tape controversy, Wolkoff stated that Melania is strategic and plays a significant role in managing situations involving Donald. She suggested that Melania’s response to the tape reflects her efforts to downplay its significance.
