Bobby Roode’s Contract Expires?, TNA Lockdown Opener, More

– Below is the opening to tonight’s TNA Lockdown pay-per-view event:

– TNA announced that the 2013 Slammiversary pay-per-view will take place in Boston, Massachusetts. Travel packages are available now at shoptna.com.

– In addition to TNA contacting Angelina Love for the Knockout Knockdown pay-per-view tapings on March 17th, TNA also contacted Traci Brooks. She noted on Twitter that she was invited to come but had to turn the offer down.

– According to a report by ProWrestling.Net, Bobby Roode’s contract with TNA Wrestling has expired. Roode was set to appear at this weekend’s Lockdown fan fest, however was pulled at last minute. Roode hasn’t appeared on TNA television since the Impact tapings in the United Kingdom. According to the report, Bruce Prichard mistakenly let the contract expire and TNA wasn’t even aware of the situation until Roode brought it up to them.
