Fighters Only reported that a knee injury has forced Cantwell to pull out of his bout at UFC 120 less than 48 hours away from the fight. The former WEC champion was slated to face Stanislav Nedkov on the preliminary portion of the card for UFC 120. Reports state that Cantwell consulted a medical staff but he was in no physical condition to enter the fight. Due to the last minute cancellation the UFC will not have time to find a suitable replacement and the bout will be dropped from the card.
