The United States District Judge James Whittemore has denied Hulk Hogan’s request for a temporary injunction against Gawker.com according to PWInsider. Gawker is the website that posted a one minute clip of Hogan’s sex tape with Heather Clem.
The judge ruled that Hogan failed to show that immediate and irreparable injury, loss or damage would take place if the sex tape clip was not pulled from the website.
A hearing for the injunction is scheduled to take place on November 8th, during which both sides will argue their claims.
