– The judge in Jim Neidhart’s case has opted to allow him to be released without bail on charges of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, trafficking in illegal drugs (Methadone), possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute (Methadone) and grand theft.
Neidhart has been in jail for almost two weeks now and to get out, he now only needs to post $50,000 bail for the charges of trafficking in illegal drugs (oxycontin) and $7,500 for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute (oxycontin). Neidhart’s original bail was $138,500.
