– It was announced on Monday that former WWE Champion John Cena has been named an ambassador for the Invictus Games, which is sponsored by Jaguar Land Rover. Cena will be a captain in an upcoming rugby match. Wounded military service members will compete in the match.
“It’s an honor to be a part of the Invictus Games this year,” said Cena in a press release. “These men and women represent some of our nations bravest, and I can’t wait to celebrate them in the upcoming Games.”
– Speaking of Cena, he appeared on Monday morning’s edition of NBC’s “Today” show. He was the co-host of the show.
