After he was removed from the Crown Jewel PPV many wondered if we’ll see John Cena returning to WWE anytime soon but now his comeback has been confirmed.
WWE has confirmed that John will make his return to the WWE programming later this year and he will be appearing at a number of SmackDown and Raw Live events in later December and early January.
Not only that, but he will also be making his return to WWE TV early next year and make an appearance at the January 7th episode of Monday Night Raw.
At the point, it’s not confirmed what Cena will be doing at the show, but it’s very likely that he may announce himself for the Royal Rumble event later that month.
John Cena was originally expected to be a part of the World Cup at Crown Jewel event but he pulled out of the PPV after the controversy surrounding the show became international.
