We noted before how WWE.com reported that Bayley suffered a shoulder injury during her match with Nia Jax last week and her status for SummerSlam was up in the air.
Now the company has released another video where Cathy Kelley takes a look at the spot where the former Raw Women’s Champion possibly suffered the injury.
The video also reveals that the Raw star will undergo a final medical evaluation before Raw next week which will most likely reveal whether she’ll be able to compete at SummerSlam or not:
“We can confirm she will undergo a final medical evaluation this coming Monday before Raw in Toronto. However, her title match against Alexa Bliss at SummerSlam for the Raw women’s championship is now in jeopardy.”
At the moment there are lots of rumours about Bayley’s injury. Some people believe that the damage is legitimate while others speculate that the whole thing is a work.
Nonetheless, we should have a clearer picture about whether or not Bayley would wrestle at upcoming PPV after this week’s episode of Raw. You can watch the video WWE released below:
