I love this Wrestlmania was Bryan winning the WWE/World title a shock heck no. I knew it was going to happen the second he lost back at Summerslam. This whole build up to Wrestlmania was very well done. Man HHH such a great heel he got everybody really thinking he don’t think Bryan is A+ player. When if fact he would never waste his time in pushing Bryan so hard to get to this moment. I think with Bryan as WWE/World champion WWE future looks all so bright. That what some of the haters on the internet don’t like because I read all the hate comment of Wrestlmania but most the hate comments are the same people who is on the internet hatting WWE all the time anyway. I mean the whole streak coming to a end was not a better timing for it. Sorry but in reality Undertaker was never going to retire with the Streak if you know a lot about the real world of wrestling you would know this to be true. It sad but it was going to happen sooner or later. To me Brock Lasner was always going to be the guy to end the streak. The moment he came back to the WWE or way before when Lasner and Taker met up in a UFC fight it was then Taker wanted Lasner to be the one. So for all you people that are crying about the Streak and how this is all WWE and Vince idea remember this Taker to me is the one that wanted it to be Lasner. To me this Wrestlmania was way better then last year Wrestlmania lot of young guys step it up big time. I am hoping next year is better then this one. I believe HHH and Stephanie has really step up on how they are running the WWE very well. They really done well since they took over. Don’t believe everything you see in front of the camra when it comes to HHH and Steph Bryan is there poster boy going into the future of the WWE.

  • Schizo_Frog

THIS. 100% this. It would be a huge risk giving it to a nobody who might not catch on. Just look at Miz. He main evented Mania one year then was jobbing to the entire lockerroom a year later.

  • http://www.androidheadlines.com/ Alexander Maxham

You do know that it was Undertaker’s decision to have Brock end it. Vince wanted the streak to live on forever.

  • D2K

Yeah. Cena going over did NOTHING for that angle.

  • john

way to go steph you cunt, you lost another viewer..yeah i know it does not matter but from a guy that has watched for well over 18 years i am done

  • jim

I mean real wrestling pedigree. Not a flying knee acroos the ring and flying thru the ropes like dean malenko was doing 15 years before. Only angle compares with brock. That is a fact

  • jim

Which was why bryan winning was predictable

  • Michael Bradbury

The divas match is the only match that could have followed. The crowd were in shock so you need 10 mins of nothing important happening for crowd to settle down again. If title match had being that the crowd would’ve been dead for the start of it.

  • What?

I must of watched a different match I found it rather boring and I place blame on lesnar the undertaker is old and beat up he paid his dues and it’s time for him to step down he should be put in the hall of fame next year and enjoy the rest of his life with his children and wife . Lesnar looked like he was about to run out of gas He should of been the one to carry the match and he didn’t .I understand it was undertakers idea to drop the streak to Brock but I think it should of went to someone that works full-time not some fly by night

  • David B

Michelle McCool sat in front of us looking SMOKING hot showing major side boob.and one of the Divas had her Wrestlemania moment with a wardrobe malfunction….. so it was a great night

  • Loose Cannon

Bullshit decision of the night, Bray Wyatt should have won over John Cena!

  • D2K

Him being part-time is not an issue. The fact that this business is not his passion is what people have a problem with. I don’t personally, but that is what is at the foundation of the anger.

  • D2K

Let’s not swing the pendulum too far to the other side either. I agree that Brock Lesnar was not a good choice to end the streak and he is not the best pound-for-pound wrestler WWE has ever had, but to say that he isn’t in the top 50 greatest wrestlers WWF/E has ever had is equally ludicrous.

  • D2K

I didn’t find Cesaro winning predictable at all. Big Show winning would have been predictable. There was not way that they would get out of there alive if Daniel Bryan LOST after watching the Taker drop the streak.

  • http://retrorevelations.blogspot.com/ Jesse Moak

No. It seemed like a sh*tty episode of Raw, which is what the last many WM events have felt like….just this one more-so.

  • http://retrorevelations.blogspot.com/ Jesse Moak

They should have ended the streak at 20-0, and Taker should have retired, as he was already past his expiration date. I love the man, and I just had to see him as a shadow of his former self, lose his streak senselessly in a horribly boring match, one in which for once he didn’t even look good in. He lost for nothing, putting over an over-paid, overrated part-timer who doesn’t give a damn about Taker, his streak, or this business. Lesnar cares about one thing. Money. Taker should have retired after WM28. Period.

  • D2K

When you think about it, you had the likes of Hulk Hogan, Stone Cold, The Rock, Triple H, John Cena, HBK, Roddy Piper, Ricky Steamboat, Jake Roberts, The Ultimate Warrior, Paul Orndroff, Vince McMahon, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, Kane, Bret Hart, Harley Race, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Mean Gene, Sgt. Slaughter, and so many other contemporaries backstage for the biggest Wrestlemania of all time. You will probably NEVER get a bigger assemblage of talent from the Federation, Attitude, and Ruhtless Aggression eras in one place at one time again.

If Taker was going to drop the streak and walk away, I cannot think of a more “comfortable” situation to do it. Granted some of us would have wanted to see him face John Cena at Wrestlemania 32 in AT&T Stadium. Whether he lost or not that match would definitely have given the WWE a chance to rebreak the indoor-attendance record. Now that’s all gone. No reason for him to ever face Cena. No reason for him to face Sting.

Quite honestly, no reason to ever see the Undertaker in the ring again until he is being inducted in the WWE Hall Of Fame. He wanted to drop the streak to Brock, he said that he would, he even went to a UFC event after Brock got his block knocked-off by Cain Velaquez to confirm if he “wanted to do it.” We all conveniently forgot about all that and convinced ourselves that there was NO WAY that this could happen. Well, we were wrong.

  • Guest

Please do end yourself, it’s the only right way to treat the planet.

  • http://retrorevelations.blogspot.com/ Jesse Moak

Not only was Lesnar NOT a good choice by any far cry to break the streak, but he is also not anything CLOSE to the best wrestler WWF/E has ever had. If you honestly believe that, you’re high. I really don’t know where some of you people get this stuff. Personal opinion is one thing, but stating something as FACT? No, Lesnar isn’t even in the Top 50 greatest wrestlers WWF/E has ever had.

  • http://retrorevelations.blogspot.com/ Jesse Moak

Yup. I’m done. Final nail in the coffin. Pun intended.

  • http://retrorevelations.blogspot.com/ Jesse Moak

You have a very odd sense of what is “good”.

  • Jesus Ortiz

How often does the undertaker wrestle a year?

  • jim

Good that lesnar won. Everything else was way too predictable. From cesaro winning to bryan being new chanp

  • Shawn OB

Awesome PPV and I didn’t have to pay 500$ for the thing, I’m not crying. WWE network is a success and that’s what I wanted most during the WM experience.

  • Andrew Trigg

Roman Reigns would have been my choice!

  • thepewp

Lesnar was a good choice to end the streak, and if he takes care of himself and his health, he has easy another 12 years of part time work, and a lot of potential great feuds in that time. I think all these part time deals are a good thing, it lets us see performers we really like, and at the same time it doesn’t burn them out and lets them live real lives.

  • cdub

they should have waited till next year and let the icon sting an taker go at it an let the icon sting take the streak. they really gotta get a better storyline then brock lesnar come on now…

  • Chisox4ever

YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES!

  • jim

Lesnar is the pound for pound best wrestler theyve ever had. Im glad he beat the streak. If he worked all year round like bryan, hed be the face of the company.

  • jim

Lesnar is a better wrestler than bryan anyday. Have u forgotten his legitimate amateur wrestling days? Talk about believing the hype.

  • thepewp

Don’t let the door hit you where Bajeebus split you! Don’t let the devil poke where Pat Patterson wants to stroke you!

  • Ray Tran

    Im finished with the WWE.

  • Chisox4ever

The would have been a decent choice or Wade Barrett or Roman Reigns

  • thepewp

Captain Obvious, hello? Dirp. Why even speak?

It would be a great spectacle match and if Bryan wins, a great first feud for Bryan away from The Authority storyline.

  • thepewp

Bray Wyatt would have been my personal choice.

  • Brod-u-ler

bryan is a way better wrestler than lesnar ever will be, but if it were a real fight, brock would kill daniel, brock is way stornger

  • DxNwo4Life

Im with you there this entire ppv has made no sense to me

  • Chisox4ever

If they were going to end the streak they should have let someone who is going to be pushed as the future of the company end it not a part time wrestler.

  • thepewp

This was the perfect way, you saw that Taker looked like the pewp tonight.

Taker lost clean, as JBL said, “Went out like a warrior” and that is great. Taker had given an emotional moment after a clean loss, that was great professionalism. If that man were Hulkster, he would have won tonight. The flop was that the diva should have been first, to go from this to the main event.

What a crap match to follow this moment with.

Why Brock? Aside from the fact that Brock has another 10 years in the tank considering limited performances, he is now elevated to top main event status.

    Lesnar vs Bryan?

  • What?

Really give the streak to someone that was gone for years then comes back and wrestle a few times a year .

  • thepewp

CLEAN LOSS, STREAK OVER, STREAK OVER!!

  • J-SMOOTH

    This ppv seems rushed

  • Rob ‘Richard Hammond’ Picken

    Cesaro face turn?? hmmmmm interesting
