– SneakerFiles.com is reporting that Nike will be releasing a Jordan Aero Flight sneaker paying homage to the late “Macho Man” Randy Savage with a multicolored base that resembles many of his colorful outfits. ProWrestling.net reported that the shoes shoes may be bogus as when contacted, Nike said they have no knowledge of the item and noted they’re not on their official product launch list. In an update, the shoes are legitimate and scheduled for release this month. Nike doesn’t make Jordan brand shoes (they make Air Jordans), which is why the company had no knowledge of the product.
– Following Kane and Daniel Bryan’s anger management counselor Dr. Shelby’s appearances on Raw and SmackDown, the official WWE website published a video playlist and photos highlighting the promotion’s history of “doctors.” Those featured include John Cena as “The Doctor of Thuganomics,” “The Doctor of Style” Slick, Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and Beaker of The Muppets, “The Doctor of Desire” Tom Prichard, “Dr. Death” Steve Williams, “Dr. D” David Schultz, and “Dr.” Austin visiting Vince McMahon in the hospital.
Kane’s former dentist persona, Dr. Isaac Yankem, DDS, was not acknowledged.
