– Mauro Ranallo will be debuting a new podcast called “Rutten and Ranallo” with Bas Rutten covering combat sports, pop culture and life on the same day (January 7th) as he makes his on-air WWE debut as the new lead announcer of SmackDown.
– The Daniel Bryan autobiography will be released in paperback form in July 2016.
– WWE.com has a new “Where Are They Now” feature on Kenny Dykstra. In the article, Dykstra commented on trying to join WWE when he was only 13-years-old.
“[Kowalski] said, ‘Come back when you’re 18.’ And I said, ‘Well, if I train now, in five years I’ll have five years’ experience, and then I’ll get signed by WWE,’,” said Dykstra. “And he just kind of looked at me like, ‘You’re crazy.’ But he also had the look of, ‘Well, I guess that kind of makes sense.’”
