News from the TNA HOF Ceremony, BFG PPV Tonight, More

– TNA Knockout Tara will be appearing on the October 19th episode of MTV’s Made as she helps an unemployed woman try to become a professional wrestler. Tara tweeted:

“I’m not going to tell you what happens, but it’s the first time in MTV history that this happens. You’ve got to tune in. Very excited!”

– TNA will present their biggest show of the year – Bound For Glory – tonight at 7:0pm EST from Phoenix, Arizona beginning with the live pre-show on Spike TV. Remember to join us then for full coverage of the event.

– TNA inducting Sting into their Hall of Fame last night in Phoenix. We know that the welcome was done by Jeremy Borash, Mike Tenay handled the opening remarks and then speeches were done by AJ Styles, Hulk Hogan and Lex Luger. The actual induction was done by Dixie Carter. Pretty much the entire TNA roster was in attendance but at best we can tell, there was no appearance by WWE Superstar Christian. Highlights from the ceremony will air tonight on the Bound For Glory post-show.

Hulk Hogan commented and revealed that the dress code wasn’t strict:

“Sting at HOFAME was awesome, major love for him in the whole room,TNA said no tux,no suit,I felt out of place but tonight was great HH4Life”

Wow…looking at the pic it seems no expense was spared in prep for this “event”

I believe ddp signed a legends contract with wwe. Same with nash. My only complaint is I just don’t believe tna has enough history for a hall of fame

Dixie Carter, the President of the company, giving the induction for the very first entry into the TNA HOF is fine, especially given that people like Hogan, Styles, and especially Luger also gave speeches. Complaining about that is a bit silly.

DDP is probably under contract to the WWE and it wouldn’t make enough sense to bring Nash in for Sting. Actually, when I try to think about the best speakers, most of them are in WWE Legends contracts. Luger is the best choice I can think of.

So he was the only one i thought he was gonna be the headliner but not the only person getting put in. Also dixie carter giving the speech really. I mean they could of got so many better people DDP hogan could of given it bichoff hall if he wasnt in rehab nash. People who knew him better but no dixie cater is the choice. What was her speech ummm sting was a wrestler and he like total saved my ass by coming here and like i dont know he is a super cool guy
