Home » WWE News » NXT Star Coming to Main Roster, HHH’s Response on Hiring Matt Morgan

- NXT star Xavier Woods is scheduled to become a regular on WWE TV soon. WWE dropped the Big Show petition angle he was involved in so they’re waiting for a new storyline reason to have Woods debut. As noted before, WWE sees Woods as a great PR representative for the company because of his educational background.

- When Matt Morgan’s name was brought up to Triple H about being hired, Triple H’s response is that they are spending millions of dollars on the new Performance Center so their focus is on developing younger guys on their own to bring in as opposed to experienced older guys. Obviously if it was a bigger name there could be an exception made, but that is WWE’s mentality in most cases going forward.

    You’re either joking or dilusional.

Morgan was in the WWE way before he was in TNA & thats the point: they dropped the ball with him, and this was ten years ago so the whole “over the hill and passed it” argument is just stupid. Morgan had/has more in ring skill than HHH ever had his entire career, i mean heres a guy who’s 6’9 and as agile as a cruiserweight, yeah as if HHH could do any of that.

The difference between the two is Morgan is having to EARN his way up the ladder & he’s worked his a$$ off this past 10 years, whereas HHH made a career out of backstage politics & friendships with the “top guys” for the first half of his career along with hooking up with the bosses daughter. You can throw the “so what? he has 13 titles” at me all you want, but how did he get 13 I wonder? 5? yeah sure its been done (Bret Hart) but 13??? He sure as sh** isn’t no Ric Flair/Undertaker or Kurt Angle. I mean if thats the case, Undertaker has been with the WWE now for 23 years & become an icon, why hasn’t he had 13 titles? Yeah exactly!

Bottom line HHH is just jealous and doesn’t like it when people are better than him, thats why he made a career out of burying every major name (you need to look no further than his Evolution run, I rest my case).

HHH and stephanie were forced to break it off because the other wrestlers were complaining to Vince and he told them it had to stop they started back dating a year after that and didn’t get married until 2009 real life here buddy not wwes storyline don’t confuse the 2

HHH haters never know what they are talking about when it comes to HHH. They always have the same excuse he marry into his success. They seem to have big memory lost because he was WWE and World champion long before he got married. He was one of the best heel of all time don’t believe look at how much hate he still is getting. But in the live event even though he is a heel right now still gets a pop. Most of his fans and yes I am one of his fan. But it is because he is so good at what he does. I know he won’t be a heel to long just because he still has so many fans. But back to his haters they really hate more the life he has right now.

Matt Morgan got more skills then HHH keep dreaming. If that was true why doesn’t Matt have a job right now. One of the main reason TNA is in so much trouble right now is because they were pushing the old WWE guys that didn’t do nothing in the WWE. Instead on TNA pushing young guys building there own talent they kept pushing the dead weight of the WWE. Matt Morgan never had the skills of HHH and will never be a Icon of wrestling.

hhh and stephanie were together WAY before 2009! and by that stage Hunter was already a multiple time champion, bottom like HHH is just ignorant and jealous. he’s made a career out of burying people

  • J-SMOOTH

U answered ur own question and HHH and stephanie weren’t married until 2009. And hbk is incomparable. The greatest in ring performer

  • Rob ‘Richard Hammond’ Picken

yeah well JR might be a Hall Of Famer, however he can also be a bit of an a$$ at times & can be wrong. Morgan was talented, WWE were just to busy focusing on their “golden boys” to take notice. Besides this is HHH talking, when has he ever done anything remotely useful match wise? Sure he’s a 13 time champion, but thats only because he married into the family, he wasn’t exactly the most talented of individuals in comparison to Shawn

  • lynden

    simple.. Dolph Ziggler

  • J-SMOOTH

Coming from Jim Ross Morgan had the look and the talent but was lazy and unmotivated. 2 things u cnt be in wwe and of course he be good in a place that doesn’t matter

  • Rob ‘Richard Hammond’ Picken

Except he did, Im not a “tna fanboy” but he did do considerably well in TNA in comparison to the WWE. Morgan possessed one of those rare traits that like say for instance brock lesnar, sean o’haire and Mike Awesome had where they weren’t just big guys, they were also solid in the ring. However WWE just were too busy pushing the usual bunch like hhh, cena and so on because of their look rather than talent.

  • J-SMOOTH

If he was so good why did he never make bank on it then. Show me a wrestler that was good and doesn’t have sumn to show for it

  • Rob ‘Richard Hammond’ Picken

Except Matt Morgan has already proven to be a dropped ball by the WWE, not to mention he has more in ring skill than hhh was had his entire career
