Original Plans for Brock Lesnar and Triple H, Early WM Buyrate News

– It will be a few months before we get an official buyrate for the WrestleMania 29 pay-per-view but reports that three different sources this past week stated that very early estimates do not look good. One number being floated around was “downright shocking.” WWE’s own internal projections were lowered substantially in the final week before the pay-per-view based on the Elimination Chamber buys coming in lower than expected.

– Original plans for Brock Lesnar and Triple H had them re-visiting the feud later this year, not doing a third match at Extreme Rules. The planned angle with The Rock and Brock Lesnar for the post-WrestleMania RAW that didn’t happen would have built to a SummerSlam match, not a WrestleMania XXX match as previously reported.

Regarding The Rock, there is a lot of concern, or maybe just paranoia, among people within WWE that he will never wrestle again.

I think Extreme Rule will be the last of HHH vs Brock Lasner. To me this will be where Brock does his face turn he will end up shaking HHH hand and this feud will be over. This is the last match of this feud both guys will go off from TV for a while. HHH going to go back to doing work backstage and well Brock he will be back later on in the year.

How about we ban Jeff Wurtz for profanity and harassment. The so called “moderators” need to do there job.

Damn, I thought JohnCena33 had vanished since they changed the way posts were done here…

Good i am sick of the rock

I really wouldn’t miss The Rock at this point. Sure he brings ratings, but his character has to be in the main event and you can’t keep him there forever if he’s a part timer.

The entire ppv was basically predictable and obvious as to who the winners would be. I live 30 min away from the wm29 stadium and I decided not to go because of that. And they had PDiddy perform, who wants to listen to songs from the 90’s? Last year was flo rida n now its diddy, I just didnt get it? And raw the next night was 100% better than mania!

Not only the WM card, but I’m sure the price affected sales too. I felt like $70 for an HD broadcast was way too much.

I’m surprised they’re even considering keeping the feud going with Brock and HHH. Considering Brock’s limited schedule, you’d think they’d have him wrestling different guys.

I really don’t see the Rock having a reason to come back. If it’s not for the title, then it would have to be a pretty darn good storyline.

How can they be surprised about the WM numbers? It was mostly a rehashed card with very little drama and went very much as expected. Knowing what’s going to happen does a lot to kill interest. Predictability is not compelling.

    He’s hurt dick head

Rock is a sell out. If he doesn’t wrestle again this just proves he has no respect and doesn’t care about the WWE.
