– In new Twitter updates, Jeremy Piven jokingly calls out John Cena: “Hey Cena, take the torque off next time, Dr Ken is in bad shape so watch your back.” When followers told him calling out Cena might not be a good idea, Piven responded, “I have no fear of John Cena he looks like he swallowed matt damon and mark [wahlberg].”
Piven had previously confirmed that “Dr. Ken” Jeong did not suffer a serious injury after taking the bump; his new comment appears to be in jest. He also recommended Sean “Diddy” Combs and Russell Brand as good ideas for future RAW guest hosts.
– For some reason or another, WWE had some national advertising for the SummerSlam pay-per-view edited with the Shawn Michaels references cut out. All local advertising in Los Angeles, the site of the show, still list HBK as appearing.
– A source says that the reason Mark Henry is wearing red tights now is because WWE thinks him in red would make him look “larger than life” because of how red comes across in HD. Yeah.
