As reported earlier on the site, CM Punk, who was set to make his UFC debut against Mickey Gall in either June or July, revealed on Wednesday that he will have to undergo back surgery to repair a herniated disc in his neck.
Ryback took a jab at Punk. He posted this:

Ryback is referring to what Punk said on Colt Cabana’s podcast in late 2014 about him. Punk said on the podcast that Ryback was dangerous in the ring and that he hurt him in the past. HePunk said on the podcast that wrestling Ryback took “20 years off of my … life”.
Punk referred Ryback as the “steroid guy” and claimed that Ryback was either “too stupid to wrestle” or was intentionally hurting people, and he brought up in 2012 when Ryback gorilla press slammed him, which was supposed to result in Punk going through a table. However, he missed the table entirely and ended landing directly on the concrete, leading to that surgery in late-2012.
