Earlier this week, ‘The Boss’ Sasha Banks was interviewed by Busted Open Radio and mentioned that the term ‘WWE Divas’ will always be around but she considers herself a wrestler, and as such squashed any possibility of her appearing on E’s reality show, Total Divas.
There’s always gonna be, so to say, Divas. And I’m in a category of wrestlers… It’s not for me.
I won’t ever be on that show. Saying it out there for a fact.
But it’s fine. People like it. People watch it. So let them enjoy it.
While Banks’ wrestling persona may be pretty similar to that of a Diva, it’s clear she is more interested in furthering her wrestling persona. Amen to that.
