– CM Punk and Beth Phoenix will be appearing at the FCW Hog Wild Supershow tonight in Brandon, Florida at the Harley Davidson Events Center.
– Michael Solomon has resigned from his position on the WWE Board of Directors. Solomon had been on the board for nine years and was previously the head of Gladwyne Partners. Solomon did not earn a salary with WWE but was given stock valued at just under $100,000 for the past few years.
– It’s said that The Iron Sheik isn’t to blame for him beginning his promo on the Old School RAW while Slick was still dancing to the ring in the segment with Santino Marella. After the segment was rehearsed earlier that day, Sheik was supposed to start ranting on Hulk Hogan before Slick came out.
Santino, who was leading the segment, forgot about that and introduced Slick before Sheik had the chance to start his promo on Hogan. Santino later apologized to Sheik after the segment was over.
