– ESPN’s Bill Simmons advocated for a WWE offseason in a recent podcast. Simmons mentions that it’s hard to believe WWE talents don’t need two months off at times to recuperate from the physicality of the business.

The thing about talent needing 2 months off is not all talent on the roster is even active at the same time.

Off season for the WWE would be AWESOME! Like an actual sport really has,it only make sense!

Instead of doing an off-season do less shows and go back to the 4 major PPVs. Also rotate the roster with anyone outside of a major feud. That way everyone gets used and no one gets overused.

I don’t like the idea of an off season. Id rather see them do less live events and just mainly TV to give them more days at home a week. I like the idea its never a re run and Raw is always new. But they wouldnt do any of this because of the massive loss in money.

I have always thought that too. You wouldn’t even need a few 2 months, just do a couple months like no house shows or something. But the WWE is way to gready for something like that and it would porbably impact profits by a lot.

I actually wouldn’t Mind a WWE Offseason, could take some time away, create new characters and storylines.
