– TNA has announce that they have fired Bubba the Love Sponge after another incident with former TNA Knockout Awesome Kong this past week.
TNA posted this on Facebook: “Effective immediately, TNA Wrestling has elected to terminate the services of Todd Clem p/k/a Bubba the Love Sponge.”
Kong appeared on the Cowhead radio show the other day and was “ambushed” by Bubba the Love Sponge. Bubba used some very crude remarks against Kong and this is likely the “straw that broke the camel’s back” as far as his job with TNA goes.
Kong responded to the news of Bubba’s release with the following on Twitter: “Kongfucious says: Karma is a bitch… named Kong!!!!”
