– In addition to TNA taping Impact Wrestling tonight and Tuesday night, they will also be taping on Wednesday.
– Devin sent the following: Hulk Hogan’s Micro Championship Wrestling will be holding an event at the Borrowed Bucks Roadhouse in Bismarck, North Dakota on August 9th, 2011. Bell time is 9 PM. Tickets cost $5.
– Stan sent word that this past Thursday’s TNA Impact Wrestling had 28 minutes and 29 seconds of in-ring action, about the same as the previous week.
– It was announced at the San Diego Comic-Con recently that TNA and the Wounded Warrior Project would be releasing a limited number of special action figures, one based on Kurt Angle, with proceeds to go to the Wounded Warriors. The agreement has been canceled and JAKKS Pacific released the following statement:
“JAKKS has learned that the agreement announced at Comic Con between TNA and Wounded Warrior Project for the limited edition TNA Wounded Warrior figure has been cancelled. As a result, the figure that JAKKS was scheduled to produce cannot move forward. JAKKS Pacific is disappointed with this unfortunate turn of events.”
