– Tonight’s WWE RAW saw the returns of two familiar faces as Jim Ross and Brian Christopher returned, participating in an angle with Michael Cole and Christopher’s dad Jerry Lawler. Christopher talked about how he was ashamed of Jerry and never used the Lawler name in an interview with Cole.
Ross came down to confront Cole but ended up getting an ankle lock from Cole’s trainer Jack Swagger. After JR and Lawler both took ankle locks from Swagger, Cole put the hold on Jim Ross and said it would be what he defeated Lawler with at WrestleMania.
– Vickie Guerrero earned herself a spot on the RAW roster tonight after defeating Trish Stratus in a No DQ match, with help from Michelle McCool and Layla.
– In addition to Edge and Christian vs. Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel for the WWE Tag Team Titles, more between Triple H and The Undertaker is also being advertised for this Friday’s SmackDown. Neither man appeared on tonight’s RAW from St. Louis.
