Update on AWW Taping at Impact Zone, Impact Rating, Slammiversary Video, More

– TNA has released the following opening video that will kick off Sunday’s Slammiversary pay-per-view:

– Stan sent word that this past Thursday’s episode of TNA Impact Wrestling had 22 minutes and 29 seconds of in-ring action, down from the previous week.

– As noted before, a new promotion called All Wheels Wrestling will be taping TV shows at the Impact Zone in Orlando later this month. The trademark and domain for the promotion are owned by different subsidiaries of TNA so it appears the new company is something that is owned by TNA.

– Thursday’s episode of TNA Impact Wrestling scored a 1.02 cable rating, down from last week’s 1.09 rating. This week’s show averaged 1,483,000 viewers.

They can be? TNA is WcW2. They already had the dreaded “Finger poke of doom”, it just ended a different way…

Just read Jimbo Jones’ comment about Hogan in a wheelchair and Flair with a walker. Give Sting a cane, and they can be WCW part II (Wheelchair/Cane/Walker).

Twenty two and a half minutes out of one hundred and twenty. Wrestling Matters. What TNA is doing doesn’t.

All Wheels Wrestling, huh? sounds like a way to legitimately make hogan the champ seeing as how he’s damn close to being in a wheel chair.
Hogan: Come see me in the new wrestling promotion,All Wheels Wrestling, dude! Nobody can out perform me in a wheelchair, brother. I have no competition in the AWW.
out comes Ric Flair with his walker.
Ric Flair: Hogan, all i’ve got to is wrestle one more match and I’ll be eligible to compete in the AWW.

That’s it, maybe the AWW is going to be the retirement home for all of the oldies in TNA!

they gna use this new ‘AWW’ to either try out ‘ideas’ before they reach TNA or to act like another “promotion” to burst a Invasion angle

I think TNA needs to focus on TNA and not worry about coming up with another second rate promotion.
