When Kurt Angle announced that he will strip Brock Lesnar off the Universal Championship if he doesn’t defend his title at SummerSlam, many expected him to appear on Raw the next night.
However, fans were left disappointed when this didn’t turn out to be the case and it was only Paul Heyman who showed up and accepted the challenge on behalf of the Universal Champion.
Though now it appears that we may finally know when the Beast will return to the WWE Programming to start the build for his next title defense at the upcoming PPV.
Lesnar, along with Ronda Rousey and some other stars is now being advertised for the July 30th episode of Raw from The American Airlines Arena on the official website of the venue.
While it’s possible that he returns before that, next week we’ll see Bobby Lashley and Roman Reigns squaring off in a #1 contenders match so it’s most likely that Brock will only appear after that.
