WWE Network planning show for Hardy Family

After a somewhat cryptic tweet from Matt Hardy that teased guests visiting his home yesterday, the wrestling community was buzzing that maybe Matt Hardy’s time in WWE wasn’t done after all.

Others thought that maybe Randy Orton and Matt’s brother, Jeff, would make their way down to the Hardy Compound for a Final Deletion match to end their feud.

However, it is now being reported by Pro Wrestling Sheet that the WWE Network is planning to film a pilot at the Compound for a special featuring the Hardy family.

Check out the tweet from Hardy:

According to the website, there aren’t many details on the show yet, other than it is scheduled to be filmed in early October.  However, the site did note that WWE recently surveyed fans on possible Network show ideas for the future, and one of the ideas was a Halloween special featuring House Hardy.

Still waiting on the FINALE of the Deletion Saga… Matt has been closely hinting at it for something now.

This is not a “however” situation. The documentary is long time coming. Has been for a while. This is just to encompass the Hardy Family and their career, with highlights, etc. It is NOT a paramount for anything regarding a “scripted storyline.” IF the WWE decides to call for such, I’m damned sure we’ll all start seeing vignettes regarding the FINALE of the Deletion Saga.

I think that a “Woken Universe” show is actually the perfect vehicle for Hardy and the network if done right.
If they do it, they need to give Matt pretty much all control of it, or maybe have him work with Borash, seeing as he was apparently a big part of the gimmick in TNA as well.

It could be done something like The Addams family or Munsters, where they all think they are perfectly normal, and see how they interact with the real world.
