– WWE’s Chief Financial Officer George A. Barrios will participate in the 23rd annual ROTH OC Growth Stock Conference on March 15th in Dana Point, California. Barrios’ presentation will begin at 3:30pm EST and will stream on WWE’s corporate website.
– WWE Hall of Famer Roddy Piper noted on Twitter that he’s filming something for an episode of Jimmy Kimmel this week.
– The SmackDown live event on March 5th in Albuquerque, NM drew 6,000 fans for $170,000. The show on March 6th in Waco, TX drew 4,000 fans for $120,000.
– It’s interesting to note that NXT: Redemption Rookie Darren Young was actually on the RAW roster until this week when the new show debuted. Young has had several matches on WWE Superstars over the past few months but is now competing for a chance to be on NXT season 6 to earn a shot on the main WWE roster.
