Former WWE Star Not Retired, WWE’s nWo Blu-ray, More

– As a reminder, David Otunga and WWE Divas Champion Eve Torres will be at the Comcast CT Women’s Expo in Hartford, Connecticut today. They will be appearing from 12pm until 3pm.

– It was reported back in 2009 that former WWE star Armando Estrada had wrestled his retirement match against Mr. Anderson at a Great Lakes Championship Wrestling show in Wisconsin. We learned last year that Estrada was actually under contract with WWE from December 2010 until June 2012 as they wanted to use him as a manager.

Now it looks like Estrada has come out of retirement as he will be facing Anderson again at a GLCW show in Cedarburg, WI on September 29th. Estrada is advertised for future GLCW shows as well.

– WWEDVDNews reports that WWE’s upcoming feature on the nWo will have around 1 hour and 48 minutes of exclusive Blu-ray material. This is made up of the nWo Legends of Wrestling roundtable discussion and other extras.

I had to Google search Armando Estrada to even remember who he was. sorry Armando.

GLCW… What a joke. I was at that show for his “retirement” match. All they do is bring in names and bury the local talent (most of whom are VERY talented). Their promoter, Dave Herro, is nothing but a mark with money, he knows nothing about booking.

Don’t you still get paid even for doing nothing? i don’t think that would be too bad actually being paid for doing nothing

Anyone knows that wrestling retirements are worthless.

Man, imagine being in WWE for two years & doing absolutely nothing.
