AEW Dynamite defeats NXT in ratings by huge margin

AEW Dynamite and NXT were two very different show this week. Despite the COVID-19 outbreak, AEW delivered a live show with no audience in attendance. On the other hand, NXT did not have a single match and focused more on interviews.

According to a report by Showbuzz Daily, this week’s AEW Dynamite received 932,000 on average for their two-hour broadcast. They also got a .35 in the coveted 18-49 demographic. NXT managed only 542,000 with a .16 in the 18-49 demographic.

This is an increase from last week’s episode of Dynamite, which brought in 766,000 viewers with a .26 rating in the 18-49 demographic. NXT got an average of 697,000 viewers with a .21 rating in the 18-49 demographic.

The company continued to win in terms of ratings since the start of 2020.
